Cubmaster Jaime Counce announced that she will step down from her position as Cubmaster of Pack 157 at the end of the 2025/2026 scouting season. 

Mrs. Counce served Pack 157 for nine years, first as a den leader with her eldest son joining as a Lion, then as Cubmaster when her youngest son joined the Pack in 2020. She joyfully led every pack meeting and activity, always honoring the Scout Oath and Law, while teaching timeless scouting traditions to dozens of Avalon Park families. She is a true example of what it means to be a scout leader. The Pack thanks her for her dedication to the community. 

As her youngest son crosses over into the nearby Scouting America Troop, Mrs. Counce hands the Cubmaster duties to fellow Scouter, Amanda Green. Mrs. Green has two children in Scouting America, a son who recently crossed over to Troop, and a daughter in Pack 157. She previously served as Assistant Cubmaster, Den Leader, and Committee Chair. 

Pack 157 invites you to the Narcoossee District Day Camp. This year's theme is Dinotopia! 

When: July 6-10 

Where: Center Pointe Church on Curry Ford Road

Who is it for: Cub Scouts who are entering 1st - 5th grade in the 2026/2027 school year. 

What do they do: Play games, crafts, "wild surprises", special guest presentations, and they'll be walking away with at least a couple of adventures checked off their list!
